At Eastern Elevator our most valuable resources are the people who work for us and the customers we serve.


Eastern Elevator is dedicated to providing a safe and healthful environment for our employees, our customers and the general public.  An effective Safety and Health Program is carried out throughout our organization and assists our employees by controlling hazards and risks which will minimize injuries and damage to customer property.


All employees are required to complete a 10-hour OSHA approved and certified safety training program prior to their 1st day of work and must complete 8-10 hours of annual safety training every March thereafter.  All employees must attend our Weekly Tool Box Safety Meeting.


Eastern Elevator takes a very stringent stand against the use of drugs and alcohol and has an established Drug/Alcohol Policy.  Pre-employment and random drug screenings are conducted for all employees.


Eastern Elevator has established a Safety Committee comprised of management and employee representatives who act as an advisory body by utilizing employee knowledge of the workplace operations in the improvement of policies, conditions and practices to ensure the safety of all employees, customers and the general public.
